We offer a variety of programs in various formats, including teleclasses, e-courses, full day workshops, retreats and Empowerment Weekends. All our programs are designed for women. Customized programs as well as co-ed programs may be arranged upon request.

As you already know, it is widespread for abusers to use custody & visitation litigation as a continuing weapon of the abuse. This litigation can make it nearly impossible to escape the abuse. How we deal with the ongoing abuse is critical to mantaining our health and our sanity. This class won't change what your abuser does... it may change how you respond to your abuser. Join us and other women living through some of the same things as we work on the issues of fear, anger and how to remove the emotions when dealing with your abuser's tactics.

A DAY OF DISCOVERY & HEALING FOR WOMEN

This Goddess Journey Foundation Course is an introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques. During this one day workshop, you'll experience first hand the power of EFT while you discover how to effectively & painlessly conquer phobias and fears * calm anxiety * alleviate physical pain * create abundance * control cravings & weight issues * reduce and often remove the emotional hold of past traumas & live the joyous life you are intended to live!  A Day of Discovery & Healing contains content approved by Gary Craig, EFT founder, and Level 1 Certificates will be issued upon completion. You'll learn the history of EFT and why it's so effective; the Basic EFT Recipe & short-cut versions; how to handle blocks to EFT; refining EFT for your own issues; and MORE!

ENDING THE SILENCE: The Write Way

We cannot heal what we do not acknowledge. Our abuser will continue to have power over us until we finally end our silence. If you are ready to free yourself from the silent cage of abuse and start living the life waiting for you, we invite you to participate in this transformational program. In a safe and nurturing environment, you'll work through the emotional blocks to releasing your stories, including the fear abusers will retaliate. Guided exercises allow participants to get things down on paper... You'll discover how seeing your stories in black and white prevents you from denying your abuse experiences... it's part of our journey from victim to SURVIVOR! Your story needs to be told ~ even if you are the only person who ever reads it!

Personal note from Ann: As a survivor myself, I understand how difficult it can be to admit we were abused. I also understand how financially devastating it can be to finally escape. You have found yourself here for a reason. Please do not let money prevent you from moving forward on your journey.
